You are, of course, welcome to study these samples even if you decide not to work with us. We're proud of our team members and happy if their work samples inspire you.

We always warn our clients, however, that it does not pay to get too caught up in looking at other people's work when you're trying to write your own essay. The samples we present here are good essays, made even better by our writers' and editors' input – but they are other peoples' essays, not yours. Relying too heavily on these or other writing samples can stifle your creativity and smother your voice.

There are many other places where you can purchase admissions essays, by the word or by the pound. We do not engage in that business. It is a 'service' of no value to the customer. The most effective essay you can submit will draw on your own experiences, thinking, and values. Submitting someone else's essay will do nothing to strengthen your admissions chances. Worse, an admissions committee just might recognize your submission for what it is (perhaps because the same exact essay was submitted by another applicant...) and reject your application out of hand.
